At the Cannes International Advertising Festival, 2011, Microsoft’s advertising GM Mark Kroese introduced a new advertising format that integrates the use of Kinect for Xbox 360’s voice-and-gesture controls to its advantage. Called NUads, this new advertising concept intends to make advertisements ‘irresistibly interactive’, as also bring the consumer and content on a single platform. Now, advertise, too Although the product won’t be available before next year, Kroese gave out much more at the event, than just fleeting details. He demonstrated as much as five voice commands on Xbox Live to help advertisers decide for themselves. The voice commands included:
